Ordering Information and Returns Policy:

Payment Terms: We accept PayPal, MASTER CARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, & DISCOVER.

Individual customers must prepay for all orders, either by check, money order, or credit card or PayPal. If paying by money order or check, please contact joy@bethmansales.com for a mail order invoice or call 847 245 2135.

Shipments: As part of our service to you, orders will be sent by FedEx or USPS, to all states in the continental United States. Most items shipped within 48 hours. For items returned not due to our error, shipping charges will be billed when reshipped. Damages must be reported to us upon receipt of package(s) within 72 hours. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable. Additional shipping where indicated. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: Items are shipped Next Day and 2nd Day Ups or Post Office at prevailing rates.

Sales Tax: Illinois shipments are subject to State Sales tax.

Defective Merchandise: We will gladly replace the item at no charge if notified within 72 hours of delivery.

Special and Custom Orders: There are no returns on special and/or custom orders or opened items specifically sent as sealed packages (as stated in the item description.)

Returns: All returns must be made within 21 days. Please make sure that you get prior authorization within 21 days from the shipping date. For returns please contact joy@bethmansales.com for RMA number.  Please make sure that you let us know the reason for the return, and return the item in its original packaging. We are sorry, but used products will not be accepted for return. No returns are excepted if product is not in good and resalable condition, MUST be in original manufacturer’s packaging with all documentation. Please send all returns prepaid.
